Phase 1 consists of 7 suites around our communal hub. Our wings and suites are named after trees and birds, as these bring us much joy in our home. Our intent was to preserve as many trees as we could, the Mulberry tree being a special focus, and we did not want to diminish the birdlife that is a feature of our days.

Your home at JACS
JACS is fully solar powered, has wi-fi access throughout, and is set up with panic systems, communal heating and cooling as necessary, and is fully maintained with robust burglar screens along with security beams and electric fencing for maximum security. All bathrooms and outdoor areas are coated with anti-slip for additional peace of mind.
We have six onsite parking bays with visitors parking also available. We are also pet friendly for small socialised dogs.
We have two upstairs premium suites requiring full mobility, these are spacious options and well positioned for couples. They have dual staircase access from the parking and the courtyard and can have full kitchens if preferred. They each have a private balcony.
The other five suites are on the ground floor clustered around the communal hub. Suites can be single, double or sharing. A utility cupboard for teas and coffees and a mini fridge can be installed if desired and a TV can be installed in the suites at your own cost. Each suite has it’s own private to semi-private patio area.
Bring your own furniture and décor to personalize your suite, or we can do a suite fit out for you at your own cost.
Our communal central hub is enjoyable and comfortable, with all the necessary spaces and facilities for daily activities and functions. All areas are interlinked and directly accessible to the covered patio, braai and pool deck, and upper garden deck, with easy access to the suites.
The communal hub overlooks the pool, braai area and garden deck with large glass windows and sliding doors throughout, sloping ceilings and roof lights for bright natural light facing north and west.

Our two premium suites, with stairs access from both parking and ground floor communal courtyard.
Phase 2
Phase 2 will consist of the south garden and patio, with three ground floor suites and a ground floor lounge, and two first floor suites, with full access to all communal hub areas and to the pool, braai and top deck. The Bulbul (Suite S3) will also be available in Phase 2. We will also have a Frail care unit available in Phase 2.

Adjacent to the lounges, a spacious dining area with an open-plan kitchen invites you to enjoy delicious meals and lively conversation. Stepping outside, an enclosed patio with comfortable seating extends the living space, perfect for soaking up the fresh air.

For those seeking a quiet moment or a social gathering, two inviting patios offer the perfect setting. The lower patio has the pool and an outdoor braai area, ideal for al fresco dining and socializing, while the upper relaxation patio provides a tranquil space to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings.

Best suited for a couple or a single option, this suite provides a separate bedroom and lounge. For sharing it can be configured as two bedsitters with a shared entrance.
